Wet extrusion adopt pre- conditioner :

It's composed by feeding system, extruding system, heating system, driving system, cutting system and control system. The raw material is put into barrels by feeder, after high temperature and high pressure in the barrels, and then extruded through the mould ; the raw material is expanded to expect shape. 

We have many types wet extrusion food processing line:  SPH-70 capacity is 250-400kg/h; SPH-80 capacity is 500-700kg/h; SPH-90 capacity is 800-1500kg/h; SPH-130 capacity is 3000-4000kg/h.
